Mid-Valley Wood Products manufactures pallets, bins, boxes, and cut stock for a long list of customers. It is now a relatively independent "affirmative" business which employs 25 workers with disabilities and about 18 staff and production workers. In 2005 it celebrated 13 years without a time-loss accident, reportedly the best record in Oregon in the wood products industry.
